Vice President, Business Development (Silicon Solutions and IP Licensing)
This individual will be directly responsible for building the company’s ecosystem of silicon partnerships, alliances and customers. This entrepreneurial role focuses on new business development and sales with global partners and customers. In a senior-level, hands-on business development role, the candidate will target select semiconductor and equipment manufacturers globally. Experience and understanding of silicon solution sales is essential.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Work directly with the company’s executive team to develop new customers, partners, OEMs and ODMs for groundbreaking silicon solutions and IP licensing
- Achieve sales goals within the established schedules, guidelines and standards
- Work to establish and further relationships and business opportunities with leading businesses in an established market and open new markets.
- Coordinate with company-wide business development and product development efforts. Identifying business opportunities, penetrating accounts and driving business and technical activities
- Promote Spectrum Slicing solutions to the target customers/markets and at major industry events
- Work with global partners and equipment manufacturers
- Generate product design wins for Wi-Fi Spectrum Slicing solutions
- Technical understanding of wireless and networking technologies
Minimum Qualifications
- Ten (10) years of semiconductor industry experience
- Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Deep understanding of Wi-Fi and wireless industry
- Entrepreneurial with a high level of initiative and ambition
Additional Requirements
- Ability to understand and present Edgewater’s vision, strategy and innovative approach to C-level
- Experience and knowledge of wireless networking, video, and IT equipment
- High level of initiative and ambition
- Provide feedback on product performance in the field as well as competitive products and new/desired features and capabilities
- 50% travel or more

Jr. Sales Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities
- Engineer, design and quote Spectrum Slicing silicon solutions and Access Point Solution systems for customer trials, pilots and commercial deployments
- Manage technical RFP, RFQ and tender responses as needed
- Provide on-site and off-site customer support, equipment configuration and training for equipment trials and pilots
- Provide Post-Sales Configuration and Installation support of equipment sold to customers
- Provide laboratory testing assistance when requested
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks as necessary
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree required in Business or Technology related area
- 2+ years’ experience working in an sales role

Senior RF IC Design Engineer
This individual will be responsible for developing advanced mixed signal analog/RF ICs for Edgewater Wireless System products. These ICs include classical RF/IF/analog circuits such as LNA, PA, mixers, VCAs, analog/digital PLLs and filters, and proprietary mixed-signal circuits. Connect with us at [email protected]

- Lab characterization and system performance tests and system development activities
- Fundamental understanding of analog/RF integrated circuits
- Excellent knowledge of analog/RF IC design, layout, and verification methodologies
- Experience with CMOS, BiCMOS IC design and lab characterization
- Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
- Tenacity and propensity to do what it takes to deliver results and meet delivery dates
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ year experience in analog/RF IC development
- An MS EE equivalent minimum, PhD preferred
Desired Skills
- Excellent understanding of wireless transceiver architectures and design trade offs
- Experience with SiGe IC design
- Fluency in RF system-level specifications
- Extensive experience in lab characterization
- Experience with IC production and foundry interaction

Roles & Responsibilities
- General office support for a small telecom engineering development team
- Limited effort for
- shipping products to support pre-sales
- tracking receivables
- Purchasing for engineering group from key equipment and material vendors
- Coordinate with external supplier for material and project deliverables
- Perform simple accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking
- Arrange & schedule meetings for Engineering team and for Senior staff
Minimum Qualifications
