September 20, 2013 – Ottawa, Canada – Edgewater Wireless Systems Inc., (YFI;TSX.V) the global leader in WiFi3™ next generation WiFi technology, today announced the company has partnered with Magellan Technologies, a wireless and WiFi solutions and systems provider with operations in the Caribbean, Central and South America as well as Canada. Through the partnership, Magellan will sell Edgewater Wireless’ next generation WiFi3™ technology and deliver a carrier-grade, rapid-deployment, scalable WiFi solution to the company’s targeted vertical markets.

His recent advancement in his own career means he can no longer dedicate the time he once did to Edgewater Wireless and on behalf of the Board, we thank Jason for his support and dedication to the company” said Duane Anderson, Board Chairman and Interim CEO. Edgewater Wireless will announce a replacement for Mr. Gurandiano in the near future.
