Edgewater Wireless Reports Results of Annual General Meeting
December 15, 2016 Ottawa, Canada – Edgewater Wireless Systems Inc. (YFI; TSX.V), the manufacturer of multi-channel WiFi3™ technology for high-density Wi-Fi and IOT applications, is pleased to announce results from the company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGM”) held on December 14, 2016.
The entire Edgewater Wireless Board of Directors and Management were in attendance as well as proposed new Edgewater Wireless board members, Edgewater Wireless team members and a diverse group of shareholders. The number of directors was set at four (4) with the election of the following individuals as directors of the Company; Hubert Whyte, Brian Imrie, Jane Barratt and J. Lewis Dillman. Duane Anderson was not reelected to the board. The Board of Directors and Management Team of Edgewater Wireless would like to thank Duane for his extensive efforts and guidance since the inception of the company.
Claude Haw chose not to stand for reelection to the board. Edgewater Wireless would like to take this opportunity to thank Claude for his direction and guidance during his time with the company. Claude has been an exceptional member of our team at Edgewater. He has continually provided council and direction to the management team and his contribution will be greatly missed.

Additionally, the Company appointed KPMG LLP as auditors of the company and the Company’s Stock Option Plan was approved.

Following the meeting, attendees of the AGM received the presentation that was given to the CableLabs Board of Directors earlier this year, followed by a question and answer session with Andrew Skafel and senior members of the Edgewater Wireless team.
